Hello everybody.
I used to collect stamps, but I quit about 20 years ago
Picked it up 2016.
So I’m afraid I haven’t got too many recent stamps; the stamps most people are looking for (like myself).
Recent Dutch stamps (used) are very hard to obtain for me. We hardly get mail nowadays, and if we do, chances are small that a nice stamp is used.
But…I always use new, recent issued stamps on the envelop.
If I have to send stamps I look at your wishes, but sometimes it’s tough or impossible. In these cases I’ll try to select nice ones.
I’ll avoid sending CTO, unless the collector wants to have them
I’ll try to avoid definitives, sometimes I’m not sure it’s a definitive, sometimes I send them as extra, there may be one or two you don’t have.
There’s a chance I send mint stamps esp if I can fulfill your wishes (partly). I think it’s better to send a mint stamp from the topics / countries you want instead of another Dutch/German/ US or whatever stamp.
You can send me stamps world wide. I’m very pleased with nature stamps ( mamals, birds, fish, insects, frogs, actually all animals, but also flowers, musrooms, fruits), Eurocept stamps are also great.
I am also very pleased with stamps from “new” countries. Like Aruba, Caribisch Nederland (Dutch carribean), Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Estonia, Azerbeidjan, Moldova, Ukraine
And I’m very happy with stamps from the following countries: Costa Rica, Bolivia, Surinam, Belize, Ecuador, Peru, Falkland, Antartic territories, Faroer, Aland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Vatican, Cyprus, Middle East countries, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Zambia, Swasiland, lesotho, Ghana, Senegal, Gambia, Mauritius, St Helena, Seychelles, Brunei, Fiji, New caledonia, New Zealand, Papua new Guinea, Vanuatu, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia.
Iceland after 2002! The Netherlands after 2010
I know stamps from most of those countries / territories are hard to get. It’s a wish list. No obligation of course!
But please don’t send me
- CTO (everybody knows the mass issues of stamps from Cuba, Vietnam, the so calles oil states, Manama, Monogolia, certain African countries, Sovjet union, Old Poland, Hungary, Rumania, North Korea etc.), not even from the countries I mentioned.
- Definitives, the ones everybody has plenty of (queens, kings, numbers, kremlin)
- No self adhesive unless they are off paper
- No stamps from the Sovjet Union (CCCP)
- No stamps from warschaupact states until 1992. So stamps from Rumania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia after 1992 are welcome (used or mint, not stamped without being used)
- No stamps from the following non existing states: Yugoslavia, DDR, Tsjechoslovakia, Ned India, Indochine, Dahomey
- No stamps from the United Nations
